VERY LARGE INDUSTRIAL SIZED GAS KILN--BRAND IS UNKNOWN (POSSIBLY A JOHN RUSSELL KILN?) DIMENSIONS ARE 80 INCHES WIDE BY 80 INCHES DEEP AND 75 INCHES TALL. STACKING SPACE FOR INTERIOR IS 28 INCHES BY 28 INCHES. SELLER WILL HAVE THE KILN UNHOOKED FROM POWER AND GAS BEFORE REMOVAL..UNKNOWN OF THE EXACT AGE OF THE KILN BUT IS AT LEAST 15 PLUS YEARS OLD.
BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE KILN WHICH WILL BE A PLANNED DAY AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES--SELLER WILL HAVE A LARGE ENOUGH EXIT FROM THE CURRENT BUILDING TO REMOVE THE KILN. BUYER WILL NEED TO HAVE HEAVY MOVING EQUIPMENT (EXAMPLE A FORK LIFT) WITH THEM TO MOVE AND LOAD THE KILN TO TRANSPORT--DO NOT BID ON THIS AUCTION IF REMOVAL AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS CANNOT BE MET.
