WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. Bidders may contact a local shipping company to pick up, package and ship their item (s). You are expected to load you own items. If you cannot carry or lift your item (s), you will need to bring someone with you. Limited assistance may be available. We strongly encourage bidders to inspect any/all items of interest. Inspections/pick-ups are by scheduled appointment only. All viewing must be scheduled prior to the closing date. All items sold on auction are untested and sold as is.

Appointments and Pick-ups must be scheduled in advance.

The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item (s) from our facility and must take all items at time of pickup.

Removal: Bidder must remove auction item(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and re-list the auction.

 

***Abandonment of Item*** Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. Arizona Fire and Medical Authority will have the ability to re-list any and all items designated as abandoned with no refund being provided to the user. Please be advised.

Arizona Fire & Medical Authority may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for Arizona Fire & Medical Authority.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Arizona Fire & Medical Authority will charge a sales tax of 6.3%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
