Former Sheriff Patrol car. This was a K9 squad for a portion of its time.

Fair Condition, light rust, holes in roof and interior from equipment, police type center counsel. Mileage may vary due to moving of vehicle and test drives.

Condition of vehicle for sale is the opinion of seller and Inspections highly encouraged. Feel free to bring diagnostic tools.

Pickup and Inspections are in person during normal business hours M-F 9am – 4pm, No holidays or weekends.

Winning bidder must pickup with proper identification and documents from public surplus. Buyers unable to come in person may arrange for their own shipper to pick up vehicle. Buyer must submit an original document with their full legal information that matches Public Surplus records giving permission for the release to another individual or company. The letter must contain full info of who is picking up and letter must have buyer’s legal signature. Buyer must also provide a photocopy of state issued id showing full info and signature. Once payment and all info in letter is verified, Chisago County will then release the vehicle.

Will not ship and will not make any exceptions to above policy. Please don’t bid if you can’t abide by terms.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Chisago County may charge a sales tax of 6.875%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. If included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item(s) from the agency's premises within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Chisago County will not release the item to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
