This auction is for a 1997 Ford F350. This unit has been sitting unused since July 2025, actual running and driving condition is unknown. It has a gas engine. This unit was stolen from Midwest City for a period of time and extensive damage was done to it during that period (pictured). The cab and motor will need to fixed/replaced as needed. A chain is around the motor and multiple hoses are disconnected. The cabin chair is in the bed of the truck and appears to be in alright condition. There is a piece of the drive shaft missing from and will need to be replaced. There are also the side doors to the square body that appear to be in the bed of the truck. Please see pictures or inspect for yourself to determine the overall condition. Due to the extent of the damage done to the unit this should be considered a "for parts" or "project" unit and will need to be either towed or loaded to get off the lot.


Service records available upon request. The last preventative maintenance services were completed April 2025. May need tires replaced.

 

Midwest city and its employees cannot help with loading securing or transportation of item(s) won on auction. Please plan and coordinate accordingly for pickup of your item(s).

We do not guarantee the working condition of any part or component or the unit as a whole. This equipment was purchased new 09/97 and has been maintained by The City of Midwest City fleet department.

PayMac handles all payments for The City of Midwest City.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within seven (7) calendar days after notice of award.

The City of Midwest City will charge a sales tax of 9.1%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
