This auction is for a bulk lot of used elementary student desks. These desks were previously used in a school setting and are being sold as surplus.
IMPORTANT: The total number of desks is approximately 150–200, but an exact count has NOT been performed. The winning bidder will receive all desks included in the lot as-is, regardless of the final quantity.
Condition:
- Used condition – cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffing, and fading.
- Desks are both wrapped on pallets and in stacks off pallets.
- No individual inspection, testing, or cleaning has been conducted.
- Functionality is not guaranteed.
Pickup Instructions:
- Buyer is responsible for all loading, transportation, and removal. No staff assistance, equipment, or packing materials will be provided.
- Pallets will be removed from the shelves before pick up.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
