2012 Thomas school bus with 110,504 miles on it, VIN 4UZABRDT5CCBN7080.  The batteries are dead and the bus does not start.  The bus is drivable if jump started.  If winning bidder is desiring to drive the bus at pickup the winning bidder will be responsible for jumpstarting the bus.  WPS does not have the ability at the location of the bus to jumpstart the bus.  All other mechanical and physical conditions of the bus are unknown.  The  bus has not been used in a while and has just been sitting.  The bus is being sold as is.  This bus is located at a gated Winchester Public Schools location and it will only be available for pickup after bid award Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.  Winning bidder must make full payment first and then contact Winchester Public Schools prior to pickup to set up a pickup day and time sometime within the Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm timeframe.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Winchester Public Schools may charge a sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
