That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 28 North, Range 1 West, W.M., in Jefferson County, Washington, lying Northwesterly of Center Road and Southerly of the following described property:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Section 10, which is 16.63 chains East of the Northwest corner of said Section 10, being the Northeast corner of the school lot;
Thence running South 3.16 chains;
Thence East, to the West line of Permanent Highway 4-D;
Thence North, along the West line of said highway, to the North line of said Section 10;
