Warehouse operating hours are 7:30am-4:00pm. No appointment necessary for viewing or pickup of winning auctions. We do ask that you call 30 minutes prior to arrival so we can ensure we’re available to grant you access to the warehouse.
If you are the winning bidder, item(s) will need to be paid for within (5) business days of auction closing date.
Winning bidder will be responsible for removal of item(s) and will need to do so within (8) days of auction closing date. Our staff will not be responsible for assisting in the removal of items.
Failure to make payment or pickup item(s) in the allotted time will result in defaulting on auction. See terms and conditions.
PayMac, handles all payments for Bellingham Public Schools. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
Bid Deposits: Bellingham Public Schools may require bid deposits.
The equipment and/or machinery listed herein is being sold by Bellingham School District with no warranties whatsoever and with the understanding that it may not comply with applicable federal and state regulations applying to environmental protection, safety and health. We hereby expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, including all warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. Purchaser agrees to accept the equipment and /or machinery on an as-is basis with the full understanding that we shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any special, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind arising from, relating to or in connection with the equipment and/or machinery, or its sale or use. This disclaimer of warranty supersedes and takes precedence over any contrary provisions in any purchase orders or agreements, and all said contrary provisions are without effect.
