[ View/Ask ]The Cleveland KGT-6-T tilting kettle fits on a countertop to minimize its footprint and features a 6-gallon capacity—ideal for cooking large batches of soup, pasta, and chili. Its two-thirds steam jacket is filled permanently and eliminates hot or cold spots to provide uniform heat. Because it's self-contained, it doesn't require an external boiler for operation. Mounted on the right, the control panel includes a 1-through-10 temperature dial that enables adjustment from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. The controls also include a power switch and LED indicators for showing low water and heat cycle statuses.
Constructed of stainless steel, the exterior of the Cleveland KGT-6-T steam kettle is durable enough to withstand high-volume use; its interior is made of 316 stainless steel to resist corrosion. To facilitate product retrieval, the unit is equipped with a self-locking tilting mechanism and an anti-drip pour spout. The spout is built with a reinforced rolled rim that provides strength and protects against damage.
