The Kenton County School District (KCSD) is not responsible for any omissions and/or errors in the descriptions of items being offered for sale. It shall be the bidder's responsibility to inspect and satisfy him/herself as to the details and conditions of the item offered before entering a bid. The KCSD will not allow purchaser to make any repairs, strip, and/or disassembled vehicles on District property. Assistance for starting, tire inflation, towing, etc., will not be available from the KCSD. No auxiliary equipment that may be pictured (e.g. 2-way radio, GPS panel, fire extinguisher) is included. District name and/or other identifying information will be blacked out or removed prior to release of the vehicle. 

The KCSD makes no warranty, no guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed, or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of property. 

There is no warranty of vehicles odometer readings. The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up the item(s) from the KCSD’s premises. Pick up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award by Public Surplus. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released. If a transit company or someone other than the winning bidder is picking up, they shall bring the payment receipt, a notarized letter from the designated "winning bidder" specifically naming the authorized representative, a copy of the winning bidder's ID, and a copy of the authorized representative's ID. Winning bidder must provide “all manpower and materials” in order to be able to safely remove the vehicle from the premises. If a transit company is hired to pick up the vehicle, the winning bidder shall ensure all manpower and materials are provided. Only item(s) listed in the title and/or description are available - no other items in the background of pictures are included in this sale. The KCSD does not attest to the authenticity of any item.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
