Park County Montana is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the description and condition of the property. All Sales are Final with no refunds. Park County Montana reserves the right to reject any bid. Public Surplus handles all payments for Park County Montana.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
