Auction Description

Lot of 7 Cafeteria Tables with Single Attached Bench – Folding / Rolling

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING

Lot includes seven (7) cafeteria tables with attached bench seating. Tables feature wood-grain laminate tops with metal frames and are designed for cafeteria or multipurpose use. Tables fold upright and are mounted on wheels for storage and transport.

Tables show normal wear consistent with school cafeteria use, including scratches, scuffs, edge wear, tape residue, and surface marks. All tables were in service prior to being auctioned. Mechanical condition of folding mechanisms, locks, and casters is unknown.

Tables are sold as one lot only. No individual sales.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees.
  • Seller does not provide loading assistance—buyer responsible for pickup and transport. (This is a school site.  No forklifts are available.)
  • It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding.
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Pick-up and inspection are by appointment only on Mondays or Fridays, 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

Belen Consolidated Schools may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
