The lot includes assorted parts, accessories, and hardware typically used with these trailers. Components may include, but are not limited to, included HVAC systems, generator units, cargo accessories, metal framework sections, rail panels, internal storage pieces, protective coverings, and other miscellaneous items normally associated with DRASH trailer systems. The photos reflect the general type and style of trailers these components are used with; however, the actual trailers available are not verified and may vary.
General Breakdown of What May Be Included:
This mixed lot may contain trailer-related components such as structural hardware, tie-down brackets, support braces, electrical connection cables, lighting fixtures, HVAC ducting sections, generator-related hardware, removable shelving, mounting plates, tent-support accessories, and miscellaneous operational items typically used in conjunction with DRASH-type shelter trailers. Quantities, models, and completeness of individual components are not confirmed, and some items may require repair or may be suitable only for parts recovery.
Fair used condition, maybe missing parts, operational condition of each unit is un-known.

Pick-Up by Appointment Only
All items must be picked up within 5 business days after payment is received.
Buyers must:
- Make payment for their auction item(s)
- Contact the seller to schedule a confirmed pick-up appointment
- Receive a confirmed date and time
- Arrive with their receipt and a valid photo ID
Buyers who arrive without an appointment, without receipt, or without ID will not be able to pick up their item(s).
If no contact is made within the 5-day pickup window, the auction will be forfeited with no refund issued.
Buyer Responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for pickup and loading.
Please plan appropriately and bring the necessary vehicle(s), equipment, and manpower.
No shipping is available at any time.
As-Is Condition
All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is.
The Department of Emergency Services & Public Protection (DESPP), Middletown, CT, makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind—express or implied—regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The bidder is not entitled to any compensation for lost profit or any other damages, including special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
BUYER MUST PICK UP OR ARRANGE FOR ALL SHIPPING (BOXING AND PACKAGING, AS WELL)
State of CT does not currently answer questions on auctions.
PayMac handles all payments for State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Buyers Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
