Description
Condition: GOOD
This original chalk drawing was done by locally celebrated artist Myrtle H Troester, a professional artist who lived in Midvale until her death in 2003. It is framed and behind non-reflective glass.
 
The piece features a Native American woman and child wrapped in a blanket. It measures 25.5" x 31.5".
 
Condition notes:  This art piece and frame are in good condition, but it looks like something dripped on the matting on the bottom of the piece, and the piece appears to have some wrinkles on the edges where the piece and matting meet. These issues are shown in close-up photos.
 
Auctions must be picked up within 5 business days of winning notice. Shipping not available. No exceptions.

Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

PayMac handles "ALL PAYMENTS" for the Canyons School District. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Canyons School District may charge sales tax. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 8.5% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: The Canyons School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
