The bus has six 39" floor mounted seats, four 36” floor mounted seats, and one 26” seat installed. 278" wheelbase. 30,280 LB GVWR. Rear air suspension.

Bus sells with the following issues:
* Stop engine light & Check engine light on. Fault 1922 Aftertreatment 1 Diesel Particulate Filter Differential Pressure-Data Valid But Above Normal Operating Range-Most Severe Level. Bus still runs and drives.
* Fuel tank rusty and starting to seep.
* Air conditioning system may need repair.
* Batteries weak, may need to be jump started.
* Faded paint, rust, and corrosion.
* Body scratches and dents.
* Wheelchair lift may need repair.
* Under body has some surface rusting.
* Front tire tread about 50% remaining, Rear tire tread about 25% remaining.
The unit is sold "AS-IS" in its current condition. No Warranty or Guarantee is said or implied. Inspection is encouraged prior to bidding. No on-site repairs will be allowed. Test driving of the vehicle is strictly prohibited. The District reserves the right to accept or dismiss bids under the School Board's discretion. The winning bidder is responsible for the vehicle removal within 10 business days of the notification of payment.

Saginaw Intermediate School District will charge a sales tax of 6%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid. All sales are final.
Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises.
Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Saginaw Intermediate School District will not release the item to you.
