Condition: FAIR

Children’s wooden kitchen play set. Includes stove and small table. 

 

*You have 5 business days to pay for you item(s). 10 business days to pick up item(s) after the closing date. After that the auction will be canceled and relisted per the terms and conditions. 

We do not ship any items, no exceptions. If buyer is having item picked up from a shipping company, we do not box items for shipping.

The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from Canyons School District Surplus and must take all items at the time of pickup. Be prepared to load your items from a ground level dock door or the porch. Due to liability District personnel will not be able to help load or secure items.

 

No appointment necessary for pickup.

If you can not pick up items within the 10 business days, please do not bid.

Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

PayMac handles "ALL PAYMENTS" for the Canyons School District. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Canyons School District may charge sales tax. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 8.5% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: The Canyons School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
