Description
Condition: GOOD
We are closing two warehouse buildings and we are auctioning off the ceiling mounted natural gas radiant heaters.  Both worked when last used and should be OK today.   You must disassemble and take these down w/ your own tools, ladders, helpers.... We have two of them, and they are for sale via Dutch Action.  PLEASE READ BELOW to understand how the Dutch Auction process works.

You can buy as many or as few as you want (including all of them...) - Dutch auctions allow multiple items to be sold under one auction. Bidders can specify a price and quantity of items they want to purchase. If there are more items requested than available, the highest bidder will receive their full quantity before the other requests are filled.

A Dutch Auction is an auction in which the seller lists multiple quantities of an identical item. With multiple items up for sale, multiple bidders can win and one bidder can try to buy more than one quantity. If there are more bidders than items, the highest bidder will receive his or her full quantity. Bidders may receive partial quantities, i.e., only receive 2 out of the 3 items they bid for.

Bids on Dutch auctions are done per item. When you bid, you will enter the desired quantity and the per item price. As with all auctions, Proxy bidding may be used during Dutch auctions. The system will work to make sure you get the maximum possible number of items - up to your maximum quantity - for the lowest possible price. Your total price will be the quantity won multiplied by the per item price.

Please note: any additional items shown in the pictures are not included in the auction unless specified.
This location is an active construction zone, so pickups will be scheduled for weekday evenings after 4 PM and maybe on Saturdays.  As pickup is in a school district and this building will be torn down early 2026, you MUST schedule your pickup prior to arriving at the site.  When you come to get your item(s), you must bring your bill of sale and identification, as well as any help and tools you will need for loading  (e.g. screwdrivers, ladders, carts...) - the school will not load your item(s), provide tools or any device to transport your winnings.  You must bring your own tools, ladders, carts, and helpers.  There is NOT a loading dock at this location.
