- We have done our very best to list all defects or issues and provide pictures thereof however, auction item may have additional defects or mechanical issues Eagle County School District (ECSD) is not aware of. Failure on our part to not mention unknown defects does not mean there are none. Anticipate normal wear and tear on all vehicle / equipment.
- We highly encourage you to inspect auction item before placing bids.
- It will be your responsibility to bring any equipment, tools and or man power to aid in loading vehicles / equipment. We reserve the right to cancel any winning bid if these requirements are not followed.
- All items are in working order unless stated otherwise.
