Please read the terms and conditions. Payment must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. Pick up hours are from 8:30am until 3:30pm at the latest. You must allow time to be completely loaded and secured by 4:00pm.
In an effort to promote fair and honest bidding we will aggressively monitor our auctions for the presence of default bidders. You must have a clean bidding record with www.publicsurplus.com to participate in our auctions. Bidders who have been blocked by other agencies and/or have a history of defaulting will be immediately blocked and any current bids will be retracted.
Please bring the "Paid Receipt" and identification when picking up items.
The auction items are as pictured and in "AS-IS" condition. It is the winning bidders responsibility to perform all necessary work including arranging transportation. If you hire a shipping company to pick up your purchases you will still need to have shipper or someone else provide packing, manpower and materials in order to prepare item for shipping. Bidder must notify the auction contact with complete shipping information.
An appointment MUST be made to pick up or view all items (this includes shipping companies). Not all days and times are available. If you try to pick up without an appointment we might not be able to accommodate you. Proper equipment must be used for removal of all items, i.e. trucks, trailers, vans, etc. make sure you have enough vehicle to haul your items.
We should not be considered experts of the items listed for auction. We receive these items from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition in which we receive them. Descriptions of items appearing in this online auction are believed to be correct. However, neither those descriptions, nor any oral statements made concerning any item, shall be considered as a warranty, expressed or implied.
We reserve the right to block and/or ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for or pick up auction items won. If you are from out of town or state you should have an item pick up plan before bidding

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

City of Enid will charge a sales tax of 9.10%, except for motor vehicles. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s).
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: City of Enid may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Successful bidder will be responsible for all costs involved in picking up auction items. City of Enid DOES NOT pack or ship any auction items.
