Items are on a total of 2 pallets wrapped in black shrink wrap.
The winner of this auction must have the ability to load the pallets into a box truck or on a trailer. Winner must pick up all items from the above address, withing 10 days after the auction closes.

Some of these items are in good condition and some of the items are in poor condition.
The winner of this auction must possess the capacity to load a maximum of 2 large scanners with pallets onto either a box truck or a trailer, utilizing a standard loading dock. It is mandatory for the auction winner to personally collect all items from the specified address within 10 days of the auction's closure. While we can provide assistance by means of a pallet jack for loading, if required, it will be the responsibility of the auction winner to load the items manually.
All computers in the inventory do not have hard drives installed in them. However, some may or may not have memory cards and batteries. These items are currently stored at the Neil Kirkman Building, located at 2900 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399.

Bid Deposits: FDHSMV may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac handles all payments for FDHSMV.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
FDHSMV may charge a sales tax of 7.5%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 9% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the FDHSMV will not release the item to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
