Situate in the County of Jefferson, State of Washington.
County employees/officers are prohibited from bidding at this sale. No person who is a county employee/officer may bid at the sale. No county employee/officer may bid as an agent of someone else. No agent can bid for any county employee/officer.
All parcels for sale are subject to any easements and assessment liens of other taxing districts and federal liens extinguished by this sale, whether known or unknown. This means that any buyer is purchasing the property subject to 1-Easements of record including public utility easements and public right-of-way easements; 2-The State's reservation of mineral rights or mineral rights which may otherwise be reserved of record; 3-Local Improvement District (LID) Liens as provided by law; 4-Abatement to "special assessment liens"; 5-And subject to other interests preserved as a matter of law.
5% Buyer Premium-$1 minimum premium per auction shall be added to the final sale price.
Payment must be made within 3 business days of the close of auction.
Acceptable form of payment is wire transfer. No cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted. Payment will be processed through PayMac, a third-party payment processing company. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
