Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

PayMac, handles all payments for The City of Los Banos. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

The City of Los Banos sales tax of 8.75% shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 9% Buyer Premium will be added to the Final sale Price.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Unless prior written authorization is obtained, the buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. Bid Deposits: The City of Los Banos may require a non refundable bid deposit to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
