Please note some of these are tinted blue and should be used only on private property. The City of Midwest City employees cannot offer help in loading securing or moving items, plan pickup accordingly. Actual functionality of the item(s) is not guaranteed, implied, or expressed at any time. Sold as is where is.

PICKUP TERMS: PICKUPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call "405"739.1037 for an appointment. We are located in Midwest City, OK, 73110. Pickup hours are from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and most Holidays. We reserve the right to re-list items not picked up within 10 days of auction end, regardless of payment status. Refunds will not be given on items not picked up. TERMS AND CONDITIONS / WARRANTY: Seller makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed, written, or implied, as to the condition, quality or description of item(s) being sold. All item(s) are sold 'as is' and 'where is'. It is not the intent of the seller to knowingly omit, mislead or misrepresent any product in an auction item(s). The description of this item(s) is accurate to the best of our knowledge but may contain defects not immediately noticeable. Seller is not held responsible for the description of item(s). PayMac handles all payments for The City of Midwest City.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within seven (7) calendar days after notice of award.
The City of Midwest City will charge a sales tax of 9.1%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
