**Payments can be made by Cashiers Check or Money order.  Made out to Newport News Public Schools**

PAYMENT INFORMATION(cashier’s check or money order) must be made before picking up items from SCOT Transportation.  All payments must be mailed to NNPS Purchasing Department.  Winning bidder will be contacted after auction has ended to be given payment details and mailing address.  After payment has been received, you will be contacted to make an appointment for pick up.

Payment for the item must be received within 5 business days after notification by seller via phone number or email that is provided on auction site.  Purchaser must arrange for pick up of the vehicle and have it removed within 7 business days of payment processing. Seller will not ship.  Any vehicle that is not in running condition will need to be towed by the purchaser.

 


 

 
Be advised that all purchasers of buses will need to sign Memo of Record form before taking possession of vehicle.
