[ View/Ask ]The unit runs and drives when it was taken out of service. Exterior has dents, scratches, and may have overspray or spilled paint. The interior is dirty and shows signs of wear with torn seats. Tires show signs of cupping and weather cracking. The unit was taken out of service due to age and mileage.

Bidder Due Diligence: Any concerns or interests beyond the scope of the equipment images provided are the sole responsibility of the potential bidder. All diagnostic/troubleshooting or maintenance information is unavailable. Bidders must determine their conclusions regarding serviceability, drivability, or reconditioning expenditure requirements, if any- bid accordingly. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR SAFETY AND OTHER TYPES OF RECALLS. FOR YOUR SAFETY, BUYERS SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK FOR MANUFACTURER RECALLS BEFORE PURCHASING OR OPERATING ANY VEHICLE OR OTHER TYPE OF EQUIPMENT SOLD.
Inspection of Auction items at a predetermined date, time and place as announced in the auction offering. No appointments are offered or made unless noted as such in the auction. .
City of Orting may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Orting.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
City of Orting will not charge a sales tax. The sales tax rate will be calculated and charged by the State of Washington when the successful bidder transfers the title.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
TEST DRIVES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. VEHICLES THAT ARE LISTED IN RUNNING CONDITION CAN BE STARTED TO INSPECT SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY.
