Condition: FAIR
New Cummins Engine ISM 280, has been in storage since 2009. This was a spare replacement engine for transit buses that are no longer used by Pullman Transit and is no longer needed. 
 

Some minor external parts have been removed from engine, unknown exactly what external parts may be missing.


Engine has never been installed or ran since purchased new.

 

Running/Driving/Overall Working Condition are NOT GUARANTEED. Please place your bid based on your own judgement. Vehicle is sold AS IS. Buyer is responsible for pickup, including any necessary equipment. The City is unable to assist and will not lend personnel or equipment to help with pickup or loading in any way.

Viewing: Buyers may view auction items Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 3 PM by appointment.
PICK UP: Pick up time is Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 3 PM and Friday 8 AM – 2 PM ONLY. Buyer must pick up items – including providing proper vehicles, equipment and manpower required to pick up and load items. Buyer is expected to load your own items. If you cannot carry or lift, you will need to bring someone to help you. After paying for your auction items, please email to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. It is required for you to make an appointment to pick up your items.

* Public Surplus will email payment confirmation.
* Buyers must remove items within 5 business days of payment notice.
* Proof of payment is required for pickup; items will not be released without it.

Bid Deposits:
* The CITY may require deposits to ensure fair bidding and reduce defaults.

Pickup:
* Pickup is by appointment during regular business hours.
* Buyers are responsible for all removal.
* The CITY does not prepare, pack, or ship items; all related costs are the buyer's responsibility.
