The Groen AE-40 (often referenced as AE-1-40 or similar AE series) is a 40-gallon, stationary, floor-mounted industrial kettle designed for high-volume cooking. These kettles are designed to be durable for heavy-duty, commercial, or production use and are often used for cooking food products, with some models being used specifically for non-agitated processing. It features an natural gas-heated, self-contained steam jacket, 316 stainless steel interior construction for corrosion resistance, and is typically equipped with a tangent draw-off valve for product removal.

Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days by appointment only after notification of award unless otherwise specified in auction listing. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
