This lot is a single pallet of mixed surplus items. Photos provide some highlights, but do not show the complete collection.
All surplus is marked Surplus, Obsolete, or Broken. No testing is done upon receipt at the surplus warehouse.
Warehouse staff do not have any knowledge of the operational condition of any item.
Some pictures may show material handling equipment [carts, hand-truck, etc.] not included in the auction. If you are unsure -- ask before bidding.
Questions are welcome, but must be sent through the auction site. Emails sent directly to the main contact's address will not be answered.
Questions sent within eight hours of the auction closing will not be answered.
The successful bidder will be solely responsible for the removal of auction items within the time allowed.
Failure to pick up purchases may result in the bidder being permanently banned from future agency auctions.
A third-party pickup service must have, in hand, a copy of the auction receipt, the bidder's signed release, and personal identification before items will be transferred to them.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Roseburg Public Schools may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
