You are bidding on a ThermoKool walk-in cooler/freezer with the following details:

  • Buyer must disassemble and remove unit. 
  • All measurements are approximate. 
  • External Dimensions: Approx. 28' x 10' x 7.5' 
  • Walls are approximately 6" thick
  • Interior Height: 7' 
  • Cooler dimensions: 7' x 9', 63sf
  • Freezer dimensions: 20' x 9', 180sf
  • Exterior Height: Approx. 7.5' 
  • Condition: At least 15 years old, sold as-is. Freezer fans from 1997, one compressor is 2010, unsure about other pieces. 
  • Refrigeration: Two compressors, 3 fans in freezer, 2 fans in cooler. 
  • Performance: Freezer maintains approx. -5°F; cooler maintains 38°F
  • Interior Features: 34" door between cooler and freezer. 
  • Door: Hinged, approx. 34" wide
  • Exterior: Some rusting

  • Location: Includes access to a loading dock with a dock leveler

The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Stillwater Public Schools will not release the item to you.
