VIEWING DATE: The viewing will be held at 1993 Rancho Conejo Blvd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320 on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 10:00 am until 11:30 am local time (ONLY); rain or shine. No special appointments will be made for those who cannot attend. You will have to email and request a time slot (15-minute) to view the item for this day. APPOINTMENT ONLY PICK UP 

Appointments to pick up items must be made 24 hours in advance, during business hours. All items must be paid for, before making arrangements to pick them up. To schedule, contact us through Public Surplus. You have 10 days to pick up your items from the close of the auction. All payments are made through Public Surplus ONLINE ONLY! 

Please make sure you can lift and load the item before you buy.

City of Thousand Oaks staff cannot help with lifting or loading items. 

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Thousand Oaks assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Sale of all surplus property is as-is and where-is, without warranty. All sales are final, no refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s).

The City of Thousand Oaks does not warrant conformity of vehicles to the requirements of the California Vehicle Code.

The City of Thousand Oaks reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City.

Successful bidder will be required to remit payment in full within five (5) business days from the Notice of Award received from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items from the City within ten (10) business days from the Notice of Award. Must contact the responsible party ahead of time to arrange for pick up.

PayMac, collects ALL payments for the City of Thousand Oaks. Payments shall be made on-line by credit card or by wire transfer.

A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

Applicable sales tax of 7.25% will be added to the amount due unless the buyer has provided a valid tax-exempt certificate to the City of Thousand Oaks prior to payment.
