This auction is for one mixed pallet of Epson PowerLite projectors removed from service. What you see in the pictures is what is in this lot. Units are untested and may be missing parts or have cosmetic wear typical of institutional use.

Epson PowerLite 97 (XGA, ~2700 Lumens)

By placing a bid on this auction, the Buyer expressly agrees to the following conditions:
  • Buyer Provides All Packing Materials:
    Buyer is responsible for bringing all packing materials, including boxes, padding, shrink-wrap, blankets, straps, etc. Tooele County School District (TCSD) will not provide any packing materials and will not package items for transport.
  • Pallet and Box Must Remain With TCSD:
    Any pallets, boxes, totes, or containers shown in photos or used for storage are property of TCSD and will not be released with the sold items. Buyer must remove only the purchased equipment.
  • Local Pickup by Appointment Only:
    Pickup is local only and must be scheduled in advance, by appointment. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for loading and securing their items at pickup.
  • Technology Sale – No Support Provided:
    This is a technology equipment liquidation sale. TCSD will not provide any support of any kind after the sale, including but not limited to setup help, troubleshooting, documentation, technical guidance, or training.
  • No Redeployment in TCSD:
    The Buyer agrees not to redeploy, resell, donate, or otherwise return this equipment for use in any TCSD setting, including TCSD classrooms, offices, labs, support buildings, or any school-related operations.
  • As-Is / No Warranty:
    All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty, guarantees, returns, or refunds of any kind.

Tooele County School District will not use equipment or personnel to help load auctions.

Tooele County School District will not assist in strapping or securing loads.

The winner must make an appointment to pick up the auction won.

 

We highly encourage anyone bidding to inspect the auction in person.

All sales are final. We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive these items from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition in which we receive them. WE DO NOT INSPECT ITEMS TO SEE IF IT WORKS OR THE CURRENT CONDITION IT IS IN.

PayMac handles all payments for Tooele County School District

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Tooele County School District will charge a sales tax of 7%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyer Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of the award of the winning bid.
