Condition: FAIR
The Tukwila School District has a surplus of curriculum, books, and learning materials.  These materials are from curricular pilots and the programs we did not choose for our students.  These materials are from books that were not checked out by students or extra copies.  These materials are from older curriculum that has been replaced with different curriculum.  There are a number of boxes full of teacher's guides, curriculum resources, student texts, books for young adults and children, and more.  It is a larger number of boxes.  A hand truck or flat cart is strongly suggested.  There is a ramp to the pick up location.  There is a need for a larger vehicle to haul the auction item away; such as a cargo van or full-sized pick up track.

Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.

Tukwila School District may require a bid deposit.

PayMac, Inc. handles all payments for the Tukwila School District.

Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfers or Credit Cards.

NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Tukwila School District may charge sales tax. The tax rate of 10.2% will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during bidding and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer via email of receipt of payment.

The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up the item(s) from the agency's premises. Pickup must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours are by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
