All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties. The condition is not fully tested. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review all photos and details prior to bidding. All sales are final.

Payment is due within 5 business days of auction close. Items must be picked up within 3 business days after payment during the scheduled pickup window. Buyer is responsible for all labor, loading, and transportation.

A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final sale price. No sales tax collected on vehicle sales—applicable taxes and registration fees are to be paid at the DMV. Failure to pay or pick up on time may result in forfeiture of the item.

No service of any kind will be furnished by UCSF Surplus Services.
