PayMac Inc. receives all payments for Utah County. Payment WILL NOT be accepted at the pick up location.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
Bid Deposits: Utah County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers. PayMac Inc., handles all bid deposit transactions.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Credit Card $4,000 or less and Wire Transfer payments over $4,000.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Items may be inspected prior to the auction closing time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of issuance of the notice of award
Utah sales tax is applied to all sales unless evidence of tax exemption is provided for the state in which your business is licensed. Out of state vehicle sales may be sales tax exempt.
