1. Condition & Liability
- "As-Is" Sale: All items are sold "as-is", "where-is" without warranties. All sales final; no returns or refunds.
- Inspections: Item viewing is by appointment only. Bidders must inspect items prior to bidding. The County does not guarantee disclosure of all defects.
- Liability: The County assumes no post-sale liability for functionality or use. The buyer accepts full responsibility upon winning.

2. Fees & Payments
- Costs: A 10% Buyer's Premium ($1 minimum) and 7.375% sales tax apply where applicable. Wright County may require bid deposits.
- Terms: Payments are processed via PayMac for PublicSurplus.com. Wire transfer or credit card only; cash, checks, or money orders are prohibited.
- Deadline: Full payment is due within 5 business days of the Notice of Award. Non-payment results in item relisting and forfeiture.

3. Pick-Up & Abandonment
- Removal: Items must be removed within 10 business days of the Notice of Award. Paid items left past 10 days are deemed abandoned and relisted without refund.
- Logistics: Pick-up is Mon-Fri, 8am-3pm (excluding holidays) by appointment only. Buyers must present the Notice of Award, payment receipt, and ID.
- Titles & Shipping: Vehicle titles must be transferred at the Wright County License Center on pick-up day. Buyers handle all packing, loading, and shipping; the County does not ship.
