A seven percent (7%) Buyers Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. There will be a 4% to 7% percent Sales Tax added to items other than vehicles. The Bid Premium is the cost to the Department for the utilization of the third-party Web site provider. The successful bidder shall be required to remit payment within five (5) Business days after notice of successful bid and remove the property within ten (10) Business days from the date of the successful bid.
PayMac handles all payments for the Department. All Sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.Taxes: Any and all taxes, federal, state and local, due on the sale of the equipment and/or vehicle(s) shall be paid by the successful bidder.
