This auction is for one complete lot of books. The successful bidder must purchase the entire lot; individual books will not be sold separately.

Bid price is for the entire lot of books.

A photo of the inventory spreadsheet/list is available on the images section to view inventory, book titles, quantities, condition, and binding type.

Terms and Conditions

All items are sold AS-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Minnetonka Independent School District No. 276 is released from any liability related to the sale or use of these items.

The successful bidder is responsible for:

  • Removing all books from the premises.
  • Providing all labor, packing materials, boxes, and transportation.
  • Loading all purchased items at pickup.

Minnetonka Schools does not pack, palletize, shrink-wrap, or prepare items for transport or shipment.

After final payment has been received, the buyer must contact:

Pickup appointments must:

  • Be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Occur within one week of the auction closing.
  • Be completed within 5 business days after the conclusion of the auction.

Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.

Minnetonka Public Schools may require a bid deposit.

PayMac, LLC handles all payments for Minnetonka Public Schools.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Minnetonka Public Schools will charge a sales tax of 7.275%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
